Mechanical Detail
SECURITY/ACCESS
- On-site roving security officer 24 hours per day, 7 days a week
- PC-based Circon LonWorks DDC system, which identifies, monitors and controls all access doors
- After hours access is achieved using a card reader
- DoorKing programmable telephone entry system
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
- Two 277/480 volts, 3-phase, 4-wire, 4,000 amperes service with K- rated transformers
- Transformers and distribution panels exist in building electrical rooms on each floor
